Kevin Brink has 30+ years of commercial brokerage and management experience. For 16 years Kevin worked as a broker in Minneapolis/St. Paul for CBRE and Welsh/Colliers as an investment sale and leasing specialist. Additionally in the past, he was responsible for over 1.5M square feet of commercial property management and leasing. Kevin became a partner at INH Commercial Real Estate Services in 2013. Nate Meyer joined INH Commercial Brokerage at the beginning of 2017 as a new Commercial Broker. Nate will be working on sale and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties. He is a recent graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in Finance.
Nate participated in football as a captain and 3 year starting Quarterback, Husky Leadership Council, and Student Athlete Advisory Council. As an active and engaged member of these teams, he advanced relationships between student athletes, the community, and the student body through strong leadership capabilities.
Terrie Schramel came to INH Commercial Real Estate with 23 years of Administrative and Marketing experience. Terrie coordinates all marketing campaigns, maintains the INH Commercial Database, creates attention-grabbing marketing and advertising materials and acts as Executive Assistant to managing partner, Kevin Brink. Terrie’s diverse background and positive attitude make her a vital member of the Commercial Real Estate Team.
Jim H. Illies, Sr. has been involved in property management for over three decades, with a true passion for the industry. After completing four years in the United States Air Force, Jim Illies, Sr. attended St. Cloud State University and graduated with a B.S. degree in Management and Finances, with an additional major in Real Estate and Insurance. In 1981, Jim Illies, Sr., along with two other business partners, formed INH Property Management. Currently, he holds the following industry credentials:
In addition to actively working in the industry, Jim Illies, Sr. has also instructed numerous real estate property management courses on the local and regional level over the years at St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Hutchinson Technical Colleges and University of Minnesota. He specializes in multi-family and commercial management, as well as commercial sales/leasing. In addition, he has served as court appointed receiver for a variety of properties over his career in property management.
