INH Maintenance Philosophy
IINH takes pride in providing our residents with a safe and comfortable place to call home! Our company not only hires staff at each property that can adequately service your maintenance needs promptly, but in addition, we have created a strong relationship with service vendors all across the state of Minnesota to ensure your needs are handled with care and in a timely fashion. INH has 24 hour maintenance response team for all after hour emergencies; therefore, ensuring that your maintenance needs, no matter what time of day, will be handled.
INH Leasing Philosophy
INH has well trained leasing staff for each and every property we manage. At our Corporate Office, we have a Leasing Manager that knows each and every property that we manage and what the property has to offer to our potential residents. We are able and willing to accommodate evening and weekend appointments at the request of our customers. INH has an application fee of $35 per individual over the age 18 that we require in order to process your application for rental. In addition, each property has a security deposit in which will be required in order to put your desired unit on hold. This security deposit varies based on property type and is non-refundable if application is approved.
