Gwen began working in the field of payroll in 1994. She graduated from the St Cloud Technical College, with a degree in Accounting. Upon graduation she was hired at a local manufacturing company, and her main focus was payroll and accounting. In 2003, Gwen was promoted to an HR Representative, and has continued her career in Human Resources, with responsibilities in many different areas.

Gwen continues her education through classes and seminars through St Cloud State University, World At Work and Trusight. She is a current member of CMSHRM (Central Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management) and Trusight (An Employers Association) Which has provided her with skills, knowledge and has contributed to the ability for her to achieve advancements in her career. Some of her prior experience has included Benefits, On Boarding, Recruiting, Worker’s Compensation, Implementations of HRIS, Payroll, Compensation and Employee Relations.

Gwen joined the INH team in 2014 as the Director of HR. Gwen’s main responsibilities at INH include Recruiting, Benefits, Worker’s Compensation, Payroll and Employee Relations.
