Full-Time Leasing Consultant – Faribault, MN

Hamilton INH Property Management is currently seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant for the Faribault, MN area.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering prospective resident calls,
• Setting appointments for showings
• Conducting showing
• Follow-ups with prospects
• Administrative duties

Required Qualifications:

• Customer Service
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Multi-tasking
• Detail Oriented
• Self-Motivated
• Driver’s License
• Clean Driving Record
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Weekend availability (as needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Yardi Voyager software experience
• Rent Cafe software experience.
