Leasing Consultant
INH Property Management is currently seeking a Part-Time and or Full-Time Leasing Consultant for the Saint Cloud/Sauk Rapids/Sartell, MN area.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering prospective tenants’ calls
- Setting appointments for showings
- Conducting showings and follow-ups with prospective tenants
- Administrative duties
- Proactively manage tenants’ complaints and resolve issues
- Manage maintenance and turnover schedules between vendors and tenants
Required Qualifications:
- Customer Service
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Multi-tasking
- Detail Oriented
- Self-Motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Weekend availability (as needed)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe software experience.
Compensation: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour plus leasing bonuses
