INH Properties is seeking a Full-Time responsible Maintenance Technician for a newer construction apartment building in Lino Lakes, MN. The candidate must have building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and building in good repair.
Responsibilities include:
- Minor plumbing
- Misc. Maintenance & Carpentry
- Yard Care/Snow Removal
- General Property Upkeep
- Painting experience helpful but not necessary
